Colliers Switzerland is the Swiss branch of the international real estate advisor Colliers International and runs offices in Zurich and Geneva. In Capital Markets, the Zurich team works with buyers and sellers of office, retail, and mixed-use income properties, including logistics and industrial assets in the Limmat Valley and the Zurich agglomeration.

The research team regularly publishes market reports on office rents, sale prices, and yield trends in Switzerland's major cities. These reports are publicly available and institutional investors and family offices use them as a reference.
