SPGI Zurich is a Zurich-based commercial real estate consultancy that belongs to the Intercity Group, with a location in Basel alongside Zurich. Since 1993 the firm has been an alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield, which brings an international network into its work.
The focus is on leasing and searching for office and retail space as well as brokering investment properties. In the office segment, SPGI is anchored mainly in the greater Zurich area and northwestern Switzerland, while its retail expertise shows on the main shopping streets of Zurich, Basel, Bern, and Lucerne. The firm was the first RICS-accredited house in German-speaking Switzerland.
