On the technical side, the company keeps building systems running day to day and bundles its own construction services for maintenance and repair work in a separate service line.

Letting management runs through regional contacts who know the market and local particulars. Initial and specialist letting is offered as its own service, alongside ongoing letting management and real estate asset management. The company works with its own management software, REM, which has a dedicated competence center; tenants handle their requests through the Leona portal. The Swiss headquarters is on Industriestrasse in Wallisellen, and the company describes a nationwide presence.
