Livit has its head office on Altstetterstrasse in Zurich and runs nine branches across Switzerland in total, from Basel, Bern and Lucerne through Solothurn and St. Gallen to Lausanne, Geneva and Lugano. Property management forms the core business, complemented by its own Property Management Extra offering.

In letting management the company markets residential, commercial and retail space and also takes on initial lettings, for instance for new build projects. Tenants get dedicated support including a MieterCoach service. Construction management ranges from building condition analysis through commercial conversions to turnkey handover. Requests and damage reports run through the myLivit portal, and charging stations for electric vehicles are available at some properties.
