MOBILL manages both rental buildings and condominium properties under one roof. For rental buildings, the firm handles rent collection and reminders, accounting and deposit administration, along with the annual heating, operating and running cost statements. On the technical side it coordinates building maintenance, caretaking, service contracts and repairs, carries out regular property inspections and handles initial letting. In condominium management, MOBILL sees itself as a neutral broker between owners, implements resolutions in a legally sound way, runs the owners' meetings and manages the reserve fund transparently. By its own account, the firm manages a rental property volume of around 100 million francs and a condominium volume of around 245 million francs. Accounting and running cost statements run through modern ERP systems, and tenants can submit requests digitally. The office is on Josefstrasse in Zurich.
