Privera manages residential buildings, office and commercial properties and shopping centers, and also administers co-ownership and condominium properties. The service ranges from tenant selection through commercial administration to on-site technical services. On top of that come sustainability analyses and advice on VAT questions.
Day to day business includes sending out running cost statements, payment slips and payment reminders, increasingly by email. Tenants use a dedicated portal, which can also be used to report damage and repairs. The head office is in Gumligen near Bern, with Privera running 15 branches nationwide; in the Zurich region these are locations in the city of Zurich and in Wallisellen.
