Stockwerk8 has specialized in managing condominium properties in Zurich and the surrounding area and offers the mandate in four tiers. The Compact package is aimed at communities with up to six owners and starts at around 2,000 francs a year, Comfort works with a defined scope of services and a plannable hourly budget, Advanced is designed for mandates that are demanding both in human and financial terms, with conflict management and larger construction projects, and Digital Twin covers lifecycle property management for new buildings.

Every package includes access to the digital customer portal ImmoApp, plus the free renewal planner Forecast8 with a cost overview for upcoming refurbishments. By its own account, the firm manages 85 properties with more than 2,500 residential units. The offices are on Zollikerstrasse in Zollikon and on Churerstrasse in Pfaffikon.
