The owner-run Pfannenstiel Immobilien AG maintains two offices, one at Wilhofstrasse 3 in Zollikerberg and one at Rietstrasse 37 in Zollikon. By its own account, it has particularly close knowledge of Zurich, the right shore of Lake Zurich, the Pfannenstiel area and the Glattal. Its services cover the management of rental properties, condominiums and housing cooperatives, as well as initial letting.
For initial letting, the firm vets applicants and their references, draws up the rental agreements and sets the rents. For rental properties it handles marketing, bookkeeping and heating and utility cost statements. For housing cooperatives, it supports the board with management and tenancy law matters.
