ADT INNOVA Group traces back to a sole proprietorship founded in 1982 and today brings together architecture, developer consulting, site management, project development, sales, and property management under one roof. For new-build projects, that means the same firm can develop, oversee construction of, and then market a project.
The focus is on selling condominium units in its own developments, complemented by letting rental apartments. Completed projects include the "coll d'or" development in Winterberg with 83 condominium units and "DODICI" in Pfäffikon with twelve row houses. For individual projects, the firm runs its own project sites such as colldor.ch and dodici12.ch, where it provides plans, images, and sales documents.
