Egolf Immobilien

Egolf Immobilien is based on Bahnhofstrasse in Wetzikon and brings together several independent companies under one roof, including firms focused on construction, investment, and property management. The group covers the whole chain, from development through construction and marketing to letting, management, and maintenance. Residential properties make up around 80 percent of the portfolio, commercial properties around 20 percent.

For new builds, that means the group can develop a project itself and then take over its initial letting and management once it's complete. Current projects include "GLEIS 1." near Uster train station as well as "H45" and "E61" in Wetzikon. The firm operates in the Zurich Oberland, greater Zurich, and central Switzerland, with projects in places like Wetzikon, Uster, Effretikon, and Embrach.
