Fix Immobilien describes itself as a family-run business and focuses its new-build project marketing on developers. It starts with a market analysis, a check of demand, and the calculation of realistic sale prices, along with advice on unit planning and optimizing floor plans. For sales, the firm builds professional project websites and places advertising on the relevant real estate portals and social media.

Marketing also covers legal and administrative steps, such as condominium documents, construction schedules, and reservation and purchase contracts, handled through a partner network of notaries, trustees, architects, and construction managers. Two models are available: pure marketing, where the developer handles communication with buyers directly, or full support from first contact through contract processing to handover of keys.

The firm is led by managing director Darius Moser and sales director Max Andres. Alongside offices in Lucerne and Nidwalden, it has a location on Färberstrasse in Zurich; correspondence is in German.
