Markstein markets new-build condominiums and, by its own account, gets involved in the project process early. That includes a market analysis with positioning, a targeted pricing strategy, and the subsequent sale of the units. It works with developers and consortia as well as investors, and rounds out its offer with portfolio and transaction management.
