Neho sells apartments and houses at a fixed price of CHF 12,000 instead of a percentage commission. For rental properties and land, prices are available on request. The process starts with a free valuation, followed by professional preparation with photos, 3D tours, floor plans, and a sales brochure, plus listing on more than 30 Swiss real estate portals.
Sellers are supported by local agents, in the Zurich area working out of offices in Zurich, Winterthur, Uster, and Bülach. Inquiries and viewings can be tracked through an online dashboard. Neho has regional locations across Switzerland and manages the sale from the valuation through to the notarial contract. The platform can be used in German, French, and English.
