Eppler Treuhand

Eppler Treuhand sells condominiums and single-family homes and takes owners step by step through the sale. It starts with a valuation and pricing advice, after which the office prepares the sales documents and places online listings. Viewings are organized and conducted, on request also independently, with thorough conversations on site.

Prospective buyers are screened and their financing checked before things move on to the reservation agreement, the purchase contract and support through notarization, transfer of ownership and handover of keys. On request, Eppler also handles the property gains tax return. The sale runs on a commission basis, so the fee only applies on success. The office is located on Strehlgasse in Dübendorf and works across the Zürich region.
