PRIKA offers an agent service at a fixed price that covers the entire sale. For apartments the fee is CHF 17,500, for single-family homes CHF 19,500, both excluding VAT; special properties are quoted on request. The fee is only due once the sale succeeds. The mandate runs for a minimum of six months.

The scope of service includes a market valuation, professional photos, a 3D tour or video, electronic sales documentation, online listings on several platforms, viewing appointments, and support with the notary and land registry. Notary, land registry, and transfer fees, as well as the property gains tax, are not part of the package.
