The Zurich Homeowners Association offers both market value reports with an on-site inspection and hedonic online valuations without a viewing, alongside rental value reports. It values single and multi-family houses, condominiums, commercial properties, building land and development projects. The valuations are used for a purchase or sale, financing, tax matters, an inheritance split or settling disputes, among other things.

The valuation experts hold academic training as well as federal professional diplomas and sit on the SVIT's chamber of valuation experts (SEK) and in the Swiss association of property valuers (SIV). By its own account, the association produces more than 1000 property valuations a year. It operates across the greater Zurich economic area and the neighboring regions.
