Through IAZI's online portal, single-family houses, condominiums, multi-family buildings and rental investment properties can all be valued. The valuation is based on a hedonic model built on actual market transactions. Access is paid and handled by credit card; up to four valuation variants are possible per property, supplemented with location reports containing detailed site information.
Beyond the valuation portal, the company supplies valuations and market data to professional users. It's based on Thurgauerstrasse in Zurich. The platform is available in German, French, Italian and English.
