Houzy provides a free online valuation for houses, condominiums and multi-family buildings. The estimate is based on a hedonic method that uses multiple regression analysis to evaluate the transaction prices of comparable properties in the region, factoring in both location and property-specific characteristics. A first estimate appears within a few minutes, with the complete result following by email.
The valuation model was developed together with Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung. Through a network of vetted regional agents, it's also possible to arrange a free on-site assessment. Houzy AG is based on Austrasse in Zurich; the service covers all of Switzerland and is available in German, French, Italian and English.
