Oswald & Sorge splits its offering into several tiers, from a free initial estimate through an on-site valuation to a detailed appraisal. Depending on the property, the firm applies the DCF, real value, income value or hedonic method. Andreas Sorge prepares bank accredited property valuations that, according to the company, are recommended by banks.
